xo dispatches straight to a slot or through a project's sub-xo.

xo — dispatcher session. Places work, never does it.
sub-xo — the same, scoped to one project.
slot — tmux session <project>-N: one task, one worktree, one branch. Lands, cleans up, ends itself.
No state file — busy = tmux session exists; branch = git worktree list; landed = git log main.
Status line — every turn ends in one line. ATTENTION ❗ is the only ask.
GutSlop — the box's merge queue. One land at a time: main merged in, gate, squash onto main, ship, check prod.
